Workshops are focused on helping families feel more confident, consistent, and at ease with feeding — without pressure or unrealistic expectations.

Supporting children to develop a positive relationship with food
Available as small group sessions, community workshops, or through schools and early learning centres.

1:1 Nutrition Support
Hands-on, supportive classes that help children build confidence and familiarity with food.

Kids Cooking Classes
